Community Integration Services

Community Integration Services at Optimal Care Services are designed to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities become active, confident participants in their communities. This service focuses on building meaningful connections with society through structured outings, social engagement, and real-world experiences. Individuals are supported to take part in recreational activities, attend community events, and learn how to navigate everyday environments such as stores, parks, libraries, and public spaces.
